The Perfect Morning..

I must be doing something different these days, because I can feel my arms getting sore from this morning already! And it wasn't the magic multitasker this time either. The StairMaster wasn't available this morning at the gym, so I decided to hop on the treadmill. Instead of doing a straight run, I did sprints/walks for 10 minutes. It definitely got my heart rate going. Great start to the gym. Afterward, I did various arms and abs and then a 35 min elliptical program.

I had an appointment today, so I worked from home this morning. Did I ever mention that I love the flexibility of my job?? I even mixed up my morning routine and ate breakfast (just guess what I had) before I got ready. Gasp! I know, I'm a thrill a minute.

My idea of the perfect morning...

Lunch was an old favorite. Veggie burger on toasted WW English muffin with ketchup, cheese (shredded Mexican this time) and pickles. Plus some extra pickles on the side ;)

And a bowl of popcorn....Mmmm....And of course I needed desert...
I actually have something else to do tonight, so I've got to run. Sorry for the short post!

Your cookies came out great.. they are tinas recipe right?? when I made them ( didnt do the choc on top) I could not beleivee how good they were!
